Over the weekend I did some things I haven’t done in a long time. I played around with mixing stripes and practiced some much needed self care. It’s amazing how often we get caught up in our busy lives. More times than not we forget the importance of changing things up. How critical it is to find time for ourselves. We skip a trip to the salon or pass on a relaxing sheet mask and tea to catch up on things that can probably wait.
So for the long weekend I decided to make time for me. I rediscovered the joys of not having a day fully scheduled. Sleeping in, enjoyed expertly crafted donuts over coffee while discussing my dreams with loved ones. The beauty of getting lost in my city and in my closet to re-inspire my wardrobe. And I wanted to share this as a reminder your to make time for you. Even if it’s 30 minutes reading catching up on your go-to fashion blogger’s posts over your favorite latte. Be sure to take some time to check out my feature in thatsavibe magazine sharing my Wear to Where in fall series!
