Sweater Dress

A sweater dress is a quick, easy and chic option for Valentine’s Day.  Add some edge with a leather jacket and corset belt or girly it up with some color blocking and barely there heels.

Wide Leg Suit

Since Valentine’s Day falls on a weekday a chic wide leg pant suit is a great option that you can take from work to date night with little effort.

Cream Sweater Dress

Keep your look simple, and not overly cheesy, with a cream sweater dress.  Make it holiday appropriate by adding some pink or red accessories.

Monochrome

Give monochrome a try by mixing the same color in different shades.  Rocking head to to red or blush is easy and makes a stylish Valentine’s day look.

Body Suit

Take your suit into date night territory by ditching the blouse and wearing a body suit.  Go bold with a fun, girly print like floral or keep it simple with plain black.

Blazer Dress

Another great option is a dress.  Instead of the regular bodycons you typically see or even fit and flare, try a blazer dress for a modern yet flirty outfit that you can take from work to dinner with bae.

Jumpsuit

Looking for something that you can simply throw on and go?  Then try a jumpsuit!  They are an equally chic and easy alternative to a dress and provide more coverage if you live in a colder climate like Detroit.

Suit With No Bra

Another way to make your suit evening wear is by ditching a blouse, bodysuit or bra entirely.  But be forewarned that you’re definitely going to need double sided tape to pull this look off!

Pops of Red

If you don’t want to wear red or pink head to toe a cream jumpsuit with pops of red make the perfect Valentine’s Day look.

Pop of Pink

If you’re really going for subtly then try a bold shirt dress with just a pop of pink.  The patterned dress tones down the pink while still giving off a hint of holiday spirit.

Maxi Dress

If you have a nice event planned, don’t be afraid to pull out a maxi dress in a timeless shade like blush.  And this dress can go beyond Valentine’s day to be worn at a summer wedding as well!

Blush Jumpsuit

Make a statement in a bold jumpsuit for a chic and easy day or date look this Valentine’s day.

Mix Textures

Want to take your monochrome outfit to the next level?  Go beyond just mixing different shades and add various textures to your outfit.  This will add depth and warmth to your look.

Bold Outerwear

Another way to add Valentine’s day vibes to your outfit that will go beyond the holiday is with bold outerwear.  A pink, red or coral coat is a timeless addition to your winter wardrobe that can be worn long after Valentine’s day is over.

Color Blocking

If wearing one color head to toe isn’t your thing or you want something more fun, try color-blocking.  Mix pinks and reds in a fun way that can be work to work or out for a drink.

Pops of Burgundy

Pair an ultra casual outfit like an over sized sweater and skinnies with pops of red for a casual chic Valentine’s day outfit.

Bodysuit + Suit

For a classic evening ready look try a plunge top with your suit to make it date night appropriate.
